not sure if this is the PROPER place for this but nothing else seem to fit the bill. (mods feel free to move it if its in the incorrect place)
I know STM tuned is a Vendor here, so I'm gonna get some heat for this but ohh well.
The customer service there is TERRIBLE, they do not stand behind anything, or want to deal with anything what so ever.
I ordered an AEM W/M kit (since I have a new build now after what happened) the kit arrived and the box looked like it was dropped out of an airplane, everything in there was loose and clashing around, before I even opened it I just knew this was not good, and of course it wasn't , wouldn't power on etc. no shocker there.. but HEY mistakes happen, could have been in shipping, and from what was later told to be they drop ship so maybe whoever shipped it screwed up, no biggie, I'm in no rush its cool..........
They refuse to do anything about it, tell me to call AEM, what do you think AEM says?? "return it to whoever you bought it from" its not like its been 30 days, its be 1 at this point, so passing of the buck, they send me to AEM and AEM sends me to them, I file a chargeback with my bank since im getting no where, they LIE to the bank and say "it was shipped in perfect condition" wellll if you drop ship how TF do you know?
Dude just be a decent company and take back a damaged product , your ok with a customer getting a package like this? looking like Conor Mcgregor's ankle (too soon? ) and won't power on? in a community like this? your perfectly fine with that? seriously?
and I hope this isn't deleted since they are a paying vendor here
