Anyone ever try to remove Tial wastegate? Need suggestions on how to. It is leaking and need to repair or replace. It's installed on car and was hoping to not remove o2 housing.

Thanks

I have that o2 housing. It is a very tight fit! The valve seats almost "snap" into the flanges. The wastegate basically holds itself on the o2 housing without the clamps it's so tight.
If it's being stubborn, I would give it some taps with a deadblow, or something similar to get it loose.

I had the same issue when trying to remove the external wastegate from my JMF recirculated housing and asked JMF for tips and they also recommended a few whacks with a rubber mallet. They also mentioned the option of spraying some lube on the flanges as well I further help removal.
