My Gas pedal is sticks a little bit on my 95 talon, what can I do to fix this problem?

I have a similar problem. My gas pedal will stick in the closed position after shutting off the throttle body from full boost. No other time, only if I was at full boost and completely dropped the gas. Any thoughts?
