Steering Wheel Replacement

Can someone please direct me to LINKS where I can purchase an aftermarket steering wheel and mounting bracket?

For the wheel I'd prefer Momo or Spearco and a "easy-remove" bracket that allows the steering wheel to come on and off would be great.

I've checked all the big players (RRE, Extreme, Slowboy etc...) and no one seems to carry either.
