Okay guys, I removed my charcoal canister (for me it was underneath the power steering resivour/directly behind the bumper opening on driver's side-99gsx) Now, coming off the canister there are two HARD vacuum lines that go across the front end of the car, up the pass headlight area and back behind the battery and into the firewall. Supposedly these hardlines are the Vapor and Retun lines for the gas tank. Since I took out the Charcoal Canister which feeds to these wires, what I did was plug both ends of the lines. Is this what is properly supposed to be done? I heard on the "other" site that if one of those two lines that I plugged is blocked it causes pressure buildup in the gas tank (which would explain the smell in the car), am I doing something wrong? Can someone please help me? Thanks
