Here's a site I made for the car. http://www.etdracing.com/jim when I was selling it.

Gonna buy a Bike now I think... :sneaky:

oh wow.. well u had one of the best talons on this site man.. and im sure we wont forget about it.. and if the new owner posts here.. ill still refer it to DSMJim's old DSM..

Wow. Didn't think that was going to happen. Sad to see it go. But every once in awhile it is good for a change. Good luck with what ever you go with, I'm sure you will be happy :thumb:

Lost a good one. Amen to drinking....eh toasting.....to DSMJim's Talon :D

Yeah, you sure did put some hours of work to that car... at one point or another you'll miss it for sure.

But hey, good luck with whatever's next.

That sucks Jim but sometimes it's what you have to do.

I would have like to have seen a few 11 sec runs first.

We found out before :p

A beautiful car, Jim. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. You're going to stick around, right?

Sad to see her go, you got some pretty decent money for it though.

It seems like a lot, but he definately lost out on a lot....and I'm sure he knew that was gonna happen.

Hopefully whoever bought it takes good care of it.

It is definately one of the cleanest talons around. It looks like everything was done right.

Good Luck Jim :thumb:

Thanks. I'm gonna stick around for a bit. I'll post pics of whatever I buy next. For now probablly a CBR600 F4i to tide me over. I'll probablly eventually do a s/c mustang or something like that, try out a domestic V8 for the hell of it.

OMG Never thought I'd see the day. V8s are cool. Nothing equals the sound. Best of luck to you. :thumb:

yeah but its still considered domestic cause its made on this side of the pond.

time to buy a 03/04 cobra, slicks, tune, pulley and run 11's.

man, i'm so sorry to see your car go:(

so why did you decide to sell it? Bored? DSM blues?

Either way, your car was beautiful and I hope that you will stay around to help us out :)

sorry that I had to edit this, but I just drank 4 killians and 6 jello shots to you and your car, best of luck!

That was quick. I just saw the ad appear new on automart this morning.

Jim, I know your not gonna let those HID's go without taking an offer from me first. :D

You have/had a really nice car and its sad to see it go.

We'll see you back in about two years. I already know of one well known dsm'er who sold his car and went to a turbo busa and is now looking to get back into dsm's again.

Hopefully you stick around, but if not, we will surely miss you Jim. Wish you all the best, and be careful with those sport bikes. Email me some high res images of your car if you would. It would be nice to have some 2G Talon photos (a car like yours) on hand for possible future printing material - your car has been somewhat of an icon around here.

Keep us updated on future projects!

Definately, one of the nicest looking Talor around. Should you decide on purchasing a DSM again, let us know.

Best of luck to you Jim and your future ride. :thumb:

man i loved your car!!! damn good luck with whatever you purchase man..

Thanks for the kind words guys. I may be back with another DSM but not sure really. I really think I wanna do a Domestic V8 next after the bike phase.

Good luck, man. Sometimes it's just time for some new toys...can't argue with that. :)

Get a Cobra, take the SCer off and TT it. Now that would be one bad ass mustang :rocks:

Wow man sad to see you go. Good luck with your next project :thumb:
