K i have a ported/clipped big16g, greddy type s bov...everything else stock, cept for head studs, head gasket, shit of that nature. So with a stock exhaust, should i be boost creeping with the big 16g??? ive been told i need to port my 02 housing to prevent creepin, but ive also heard that since i have a stock exhaust, i wont need ported o2 housing....help me straighten this out!!

With a stock exhaust sys. you should not get boost creep, then again with a big 16g, you might. It's your bet. Personally, I would reccomend a larger exhaust sys. before you put the turbo on, you'll notice a larger gain from the turbo this way too.

ill be on like 16 lbs, but i dont even my god damn car back, its been in the shop since february, and this ####in crap is really starting to piss me off....the mechanic told me to port the o2 housing before we finish to prevent creep when i get a bigger exhaust...its a win/lose situation...how come when i had a integra, i had a SLOW but RELIABLE car....no i have a dsm and its FAST and UNRELIABLE. damn them both....however it is funner to shit on hondas with a dsm, then lose to a dsm in a honda...oh well.

Porting the O2 housing will make it creep worse. You need to port the WG hole under the flapper door. The reason you get boost creep is because the wastegate cannot bypass enough air around the turbine wheel to control boost. When your system is flowing more air (i.e. ported turbine housing, O2 housing, exhaust), the wastegate hole can't keep it. It has to be ported as well.

I don't see why you would get boost creep with the stock exh. system on it, but it could happen. Port the wastegate hole as big as possible, but still allowing that flapper door to totally cover the hole. Should get rid of your creep issues.
