2G Shoots flame kills power During Launch w/ LOG

Never had this issue before, when in first gear in my 2G or launching hard midway thru first at full boost when the torque is greatest its like I hit fuel cut and it shoots a flame and kills the power like putting the brakes on, car drives normal and pulls fine in every gear with great af ratios, link shows it going crazy lean when it does it, is fuel sloshing to the back of my tank causing this?

It's possible, I've had similar issues myself. Have you tried launching with a completely full tank?

I'll give that a try, but theres probably a good half a tank of gas and it does it, been doing it for a few weeks at different fuel levels, debating pulling my pump and checking the hanger assembly and or fuel pump.[DOUBLEPOST=1414442590][/DOUBLEPOST]OK the car does it only when two step is used, and it's always at 4500 rpm, large poof of black smoke and backfire, the rich smoke is weird because link shws it going lean.

My 1g did this too and i found out that my nuteral safety switch was unplugged and was bad so i had to either get a new one or turn off 2 step which it was a daily so i just turned off 2step and worked great from there on out

Well this cars a 5spd so no neutral safety...

Plugs and wires and maybe check your fuel pressure if your car is overloading fuel at the rpm cause the bog down. what management system are u using and check if u can lean out a little at those rpms

2-step or anti-lag?

2 step[DOUBLEPOST=1414678281][/DOUBLEPOST]I've always had an issue with this cars two step its like it anti lags on two step for some reason and runs rich, if I stay on the two step too long 3-4 seconds it loads up... But now when you launch it its like it shuts off mid way thru the launch like I said and shoots a flame and brown smoke out and runs super rich for a few seconds afterwards.

Sounds like it could be losing a CAS signal or a ground somewhere.

Yea idk, ill make sure my grounds are good but I don't have any issues other than that.
