Possibly doesnt know that Wisconsin gets crazier weather than most of the UMaybe more up north. But here for the last 6 ish years its been not frozen, everything is unthawed it can get muddy. Thunder storms in winter so ya not exactly what uve heard. We used to get frozen all winter n 20 below n shit
