Hi everyone was told this was the place for good information if I had any questions... I'm currently building a 96 eclipse rs- turbo hoping for 500 ish hp. It currently fully built 10:1 comp, BC 272 cams. Don't know what to do for tuning set up. Don't know what to do for turbo/ intercooler size That is best for goals.

there isn't alot of choices for tuning or manifolds.
megasquirt is what almost everyone uses.

for the mani, if you can find a used treadstone/SymTech manifold, get it.

unless you want to drop a pile of cash on a custom one.

you have a shit ton of choices for the turbo. Here are a couple that would be good:

for the intercooler, look up "vertical flow intercooler"
measure on your car too see what size you and fit
and find one that has dimension that will work.,

You're probably running a 10.5:1 compression ratio. Nobody makes 10:1 pistons. Unless you're still running the stock pistons but you had the head & block milled.

As for the cams, I'm surprised you car even runs with those. They are considered the Stage 3 track only cams. Even people who tune accordingly have idle issues. With no tune I couldn't imagine how poorly it runs.

Yes they r the wiseco 10.5:1 forged Pistons paired with eagle h-beam rods

You need to focus on a tuning solution before you start going turbo. At that compression ratio you'll pop the engine quickly if the parameters are too far off, which they would be on the stock ecu.
Thats what I'm hoping to figure out with the suggestions/ info from everyone on here... Im attempting to do it the right way not trying to waste the money that put into it. Heard alot about Ms but that's about it but idk what I'm looking for..

I'm just here from the experts opinions, but I'm currently waiting on a email with a quote for a built MS2 from Diyautotune.
It wouldn't hurt you to look on their site, they have a whole page dedicated to putting a Ms in a 420a and a list of what you you need to buy depending on what you want.
Here is the link

However, if you're like me and know next to nothing about tuning, I've heard the Ms is difficult to work with. But it's a place to start.
