S-AFC or ECU

Ive been searching a lot for this and cant find a decent answer. I have a 1g n/t that Ive turboed. Dont worry the motor is built out the ass. My question is, should I run the turbo ecu or jsut add the s-afc to my non turbo ecu. I know that if I kept my ecu I wouldnt have a knock sensor, I dont plan on running a boost control solonoid, and Im doing a blow through mas conversion (purging to the atmosphere). Im just trying to get some opinions before I go running 22 pounds of boost. Thanks.

Since the block came from someone's rectal area, you should be fine either way.
