Ok, so long story short, my talon is my daily for 3 years now, and when I first bought it, it was bone stock with 52k miles on it. Now, it sits at 112k, and a lot has changed since them. Mods are in my profile, and will update the dyno/track times once I go to them (this month hopefully). Any who, I am starting this thread to document my current motor build for early next year. I will be updating this thread through out the rest of the year. My build consist of the following. . .

Brake line tuck

Better wire tuck

Motor Build (6 bolt stroker, Wiseco/Manly combo, Hyundai 100mm crank, ARP hardware, King Bearings)

Rust removal (some minor rust).

I think it would cost under $20. He could add graphics and do whatever else to it too. I'll get an exact price from him and let you know.

Edit: He said it would be around $22 to make a high quality 2'x3' poster.

6 bolt stroker hyundai crank

3" Vbands

Wiseco 2.3 pistons, 8.8:1 compression

HX40 (powder coated compressor cover, getting a divided t3 .70ar ts housing made up)

4G63 exhaust flange (neat thing, merges the oval collectors to round for 1.75" pipe)

Welded -10 an fitting on oil pan for oil drain

Manley rods, divided t3 merge collector, and AEM cam gears on the way!

So, I am currently pricing out machine shops, as I gathered all my engine parts together. Mean while, I had my buddy weld me up a much needed, bigger catch can. I also powder coated a couple things in the mean time. Switched to SD, and installed a meth kit, wow what fun SD and meth is!

Currently waiting on Magnus SMIM to arrive to swap out this Venom. Also fabricating a coil pack relocation bracket, will post pics when it is done.

Got the Magnus SMIM, and new valve cover, I also powder coated them matte black to fit my engine bay . Also got a new manifold for the twin scroll t4 hx40

Updates. Got the motor assembled and dropped in. . .

Also made a coil pack relocation bracket out of the stocker. . .

Also in the process, I did some wire tucking, and some rust repair/prevention. . .

Also got around to rebuilding the holset, (in the process of cleaning the compressor wheel)

Divided T4 collector done! Yes it is MIG welded, but I am not worried about looks, as it will be wrapped anyways (and my tig skills need to be worked on

I'm a little confused Ryan.. I thought you already assembled your motor the other week and had it dropped in and running.? Are you changing setup's again? I know you had the HX-40 with the new manifold pictured above, but now your welding another?

I changed the manifold out for a top mount, and I took the motor out to check over everything and fix some rust I had in the engine bay.
