On a Jet Plane,
Illinois
Turbo Blue was treated with a product called Rust Encapsulator while the rear suspension and tank were out of the car. I have used both POR-15 and Rust Bullet before. POR-15 proved to be ok; however did not work as well as the Rust Bullet. I found that an unprepped surface worked better for the POR-15.... so decided to try out Rust Bullet. That product is holding up better on the Dodge Shadow shell. However, neither of the aformentioned products come in a handy spray can option. Rust Encapsulator does. OH, and it sprays really well. Just don't get it in your eye.
BUT how well will it hold up? Well, we shall find out as Turbo Blue is slated to get me through the winter.
She's still looking kinda sad. However.. the Energy suspention bushings are done for the most part, and got new diff bushings as well.
Need to get the wiring harnesses in the car all the way still. What a pain!
Pile of Snow White remains mixed with Dodge Neon remains...
