i see ones for sale but am scared to pick it up. i will probly buy it if its good and he will cut me a deal since they are kinda unwanted here LOL.

thank you,
mike

They will only work on undivided T4 turbine housings. They arent for divided housings.

This is a post from another board reviewing the T4 Rev hard manifold on a DSM.

I'll get right to the point: This manifold sucks. The routing of the runners has been questioned by many, but the problem is not with the runners. The problem lies with the placement of the collector. Looking at the picture, one might not notice the design flaw and lack of R&D.
turbo+mani

Looking at the stock manifold and the RevHard unit side by side(sorry no pics), the difference is clear. The collector on the stock manifold is offset to the passenger side of the car. Coincidentally, the SFP tubular manifold has the collector offset as well. The lack of offset on the RevHard mani creates big fitment issues with any T4 turbo. There is basically no room for a downpipe. A friend of mine experienced this firsthand. The picture above is of his T4 turbo mounted on a RevHard manifold. I spent hours with a die-grinder portmatching and knife-edging the twin scroll exh. housing since this manifold does not support it. All this work for nothing.

I have no pictures of this setup on his car yet, but the downpipe currently is making a 90deg bend in about 3"-4" of space in order to clear the alternator. Holy ####ing restriction Batman. As soon as I saw his car in it's current state, I was shocked that the shop didn't find a problem with this. The exh. gases will encounter a brick wall immediately after escaping the turbine.

Even though this manifold supposedly flows a shitoad of air(I believe it-the runners are huge), I can honestly say it should be avoided. If someone finds a way to properly fit a downpipe using the RH header, aside from relocating the alternator , please let me know.

I have attached a pic of the downpipe that had to be made in order for the manifold/turbo combo to work.

Ouch, that bend hurts. Thanks for the warning. Someone sells a kit to mount the alternator on other side of the motor. Can't remember who right now.

I am having my stuff installed on saturday. I am running the revhard mani and a Pt67. The down pipe above is just retarded and could have been made much better with "pie cutting" an o2 housing. If my fabricator comes back with something like that I am going to choke him. I will post an update when it gets done.

Not everybody has a fabricator that's well versed in TIG welding and pie cutting. Have fun making it work and hope he's a real good friend. Otherwise, get ready to pony up for that downpipe.

It will be a little pricey, but the guy is really good. However, the mani came with a WG discharge tube to remote mount the wg. The problem with that is it places the WG on the intake side leaveing no room for a intake pipe if you are using the stock air meter (2g). He had to make another one that puts it in a much cleaner location. He started the downpipe and is finishing it today. So far he hasn't even pie cut anything, however, he is using 2.75" pipe at the first bend. The I.D. of the PT67 outlet is 2.8" so its not a humongous deal. I will try to post some pics tonight if he gets finished up.

I've seen pie-cut O2 housings and a place, www.airwoolfcraft.com, has some extremely tight radius mandrel bent tubing that you can use rather than pie-cuts. I made my O2 housing using their tubing and just cut it at the proper angle instead of using pie-cuts. I'm almost dead sure you can make something using their tight-radius bends instead of conjuring up some junk 90 degree bent downpipe like in the pic above. Here is a pic of mine as soon as it was done cooling.
