I don't remember if you told me. What gearset is in that trans?
Different car from the ethanol goo. This is just our winter and maybe summer blend. It was a dry tank to begin with and I have put 11 gallons of straight E from the pump in her. You will find some tuners claim not any knock difference after 50% or so. I would like to have higher E content, but what I can get is working. The 61.7% ethanol in your log - is there still some gasoline in there from the goo recovery, or is that just what your winter E85 is right now?
I would have to ask Justin @JusMX141 but I don't think he did anything out of the ordinary on this turbo, it is just a 7 blade, 60mm HX40. I have a 6 blade on the shelf, but this turbo works so good, I don't want to swap it for anything! I have ran an 8 blade unit before I went to the 7 blade. It would come into boost about 500 rpm sooner but would poop out up top sooner also. What are the specs on the HX40 you have on there? That's some good airflow.

I would agree with that. Once you hit 60% or so, you're gonna max out the setup. I prefer to keep it at about e60 for that reason and to help keep the goo down.Yeah English Racing told me they can usually tune all-in on 60%. So that I'm ok with, I was mostly just curious to know if you were finding variable amounts of E in your E85 there. Thanks for the info!
Put a check valve inline with your pcv.. it works magicMarty, are you still running the factory PCV valve? Thinking about deleting mine due to it putting oil in the intake. Before I put any driving miles on my new motor I re installed the PCV because the crankcase fumes were pretty bad and I was worried about the oil drain on the turbo, now that my rings are good and seated I wouldn’t think I’d have any issues
I AM still running factory stupid PCV setup and I don't have a check valve in the line yet but have a bag full of them. I'm still ironing out the whole thing Jeremy. I am running a check valve in the PB booster line. I WILL be putting the check valve back in th pcv system, I just didn't have one handy when I did the first fire up to be honest and had forgot about it. It helps blow by TREMENDOUSLY.
Are you seeing any oil burning or losing any still?
Ive never had issues with plastic after the pcv... it is basically like having 2 pvc valves... but in the future both will go to catch canI went to metal after first bringing up the check valve subject because I had 2 plastic ones fail. Metal are bigger too and hard to get in tight places. The PB booster line is EASY

Tape the gopro to your head!IDK. I'm by myself more and more. Kiddo has his own projects (LS stuff).
Tuning pulls are in 3rd from 3500 to redline so one will happen. Will it get videotaped, IDK but I'll try
