[Resolved] what do these harnesses connect to?

I am in the process of putting back together my engine wiring harness after my magnus smim install and these two harness i cannot find a home for. any help would be apprecitated thanks. It figures these would be the two that i didnt label.

This harness is the longest one and has a red and green wire.
