Hey all, I just installed some used Koni adjustables with groundcontrol coilover springs in the front and am hearing squeaking and clunking when I go over the slightest bump or push down on the front end.
The clunk is only when I push hard enough to compress the shock and it sounds like something is hitting the underneath the strut tower area.
Also, when I push down on the front end, it bounces more than it did with stock shocks. These bounce 2-3 times after I push down as opposed to 1time before.
Does this sound like blown shocks to anyone? The groundcontrol/koni combo also felt really loose when i assembled it. I just feel like I'm missing something. Thanks for any help.
Edit: I was wondering what pieces exactly go on the koni shock...

Then in the next pic, he adds something he calls a top bushing.
I only have the bushing in the first pic...anyone think I'm missing a bushing?
Edit: Fixed. It was missing a top bushing to fit right under the top washer. Thanks

on the vfaq and the author identified that bushing as the bottom bushing. Then in the next pic, he adds something he calls a top bushing.
