c,
from what i have guessed, and heard, its a 2.4L with a crank from a different engine that has been cut down. I'm wondering if anyone knows ANYTHING about this, or could point me in the direction of someone who does. i KNOW it exists, but I can't find any information on it except for what i remember of a thread somewhere

Post1: information detailing the engine, how you do it, what is required

Mod: "SHHHHHH..."

shortly there after the thread was deleted. I don't know which site it was on, whether it was this one or another one. conspiracy?

I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I couldn't decide if i should put it here or in the hangout.

I heard about this along time ago somewhere too. The same guy made a 2.4,2.7? and 2.9. They were expensive too, like 5,000 or 6,000 sounded like only a couple where made too.

If it was in fact a 4G block it would have to have a rediculous 120mm stroke. Screw that. The engine would rev like crap. 120mm = 4.7 inches, which is more stroke than a Chevy big block V8. It's almost as long as the rod itself.

I remember engines up to like 2.7 being sold.
max bore+max storke+offset grind the crank for all the rods.
