Removal of 1g front bumper

I searched for this twice and only found 2g removal. Is it really that hard to remove the stock bumper on a 1g? Is there any difference between the turbo bumper and the non turbo bumper? Help please. Thanks.

there's really nothing to it....just take the front lights out and there should be bolts there and bolts on the underside of the bumper also and a couple on the side's, should only take 30 minutes to an hour, it should be the same for turbo and non turbo bumpers where all the screws and bolts are

i just removed mine last weekend. let me just say, if it has never been removed (i don't think mine ever had), be prepared to have bolts snap.

Thanks for the heads up. They are replacable if they snap right? LoL, I'm lucky, I live really close to a hardware store. I'm going at it tomorrow or sunday, so we'll see. I'll post pics of the new bumper when its done. Thanks again!

Ok well I finished the bumper swap. Most of the screws that were under the hood (over that black kinda bar sort of metal thing) came out just fine.... but down lower... WOW. Ok well I think I got 2 out of I forget how many out. But its on and it looks good. Thanks for the help guys... I will try to get some pics up asap! Latah!
