Hi everyone
I really don't know how to name this thread.

1995 Eclipse gs 420a standar
Motor restored
Mobile 15w40 oil
All new sensors except coolant temperature and IAC valve.
New coil pack, spark plugs (double checked on the gap, set to 0.050) and wires.
All fuses checked and replaced the wong ones.

I'm having this issues:
When I start the engine the car shutdown immediately (rpm dropping), I need to press the gas pedal to keep it turned on. After a few seconds I can release the gas pedal and the car will be idling smoothly for 30-40 seconds and then it shutdown like if a turn the key off (the check engine and battery warning turns on for a moment and then goes off, If a check with the scanner I don't get any code).

Also, if I left the key in On position (without starting the engine) for like 10-15 seconds, I hear like a Click sound coming from some relay in the engine bay, and the Check Engine, Battery and coolant warning lights turns on for a second. Besides, I noticed that when this happens the radiator fan (the right one) spin for a second.
If I left the key in on position, all this happen just randomly.

I can drive without issues, the car runs smoothly.

I replaced also Fuel Pump relay and ASD relay and the issue remains.

I don't know what else to do, I've been reading the sensors values (with scanner connected while running) and everything seems fine.

i would change your coolant temp and IAC

the ECU (PCM) will ground the coil on the radiator fan relay, to turn on the rad. fan when the coolant temp is 203F.
if the resistance of the sensor or wire is off, the ecu will be reading an incorrect temp.

Do you have a scanner that has a data stream. if you do, let the car sit over night so it completely cooled down. then with key on engine off, check the values for the Intake air temp and coolant temp. they should read the same temperature.
if you don't have a scanner you can use a multimeter to check the resistance of the 2 sensors to make sure they match.

also have you checked the fuel filter and fuel pressure. should be 47-50 psi.

im assuming the recall work has been done on the pulsed air injection (aspirator)
but i'll attach the TSB on it any way.
