Yes this has been over a lot, You cant really compare it. In the end by the looks of james13's wants, I would recommend him the 16g too.

Conclusion - 16g is a good turbo for people who , you know, who some more power , maybe people who don't want to go all out on their car. I just felt like expressing my feelings on the topic, maybe clear up some information.

Hmm really . I bought an fp 3052 and went balls out. Great turbo almost great everything, but it was the wrong turbo for what I was trying to accomplish. Maybe because I didnt have internals I wasnt able to boost the turbo into it's potential range.

Spool Is a very important thing for me, a usable power band is very important for me. Having a turbo giving me full boost at 3900 was not what I had in mind. I after selling my turbo and downpipe with the waste gate I re bought an evo 3 turbo and also bought a set of hks 264 regrinds. I now love how im hitting full boost a full grand faster . Because the evo 3 is versitile I can do autox or drag whenever I want . I was very upset at the fact that after spending so much coin my car wasnt performing the way I wanted to .

Now Im taking corners without droping out of boost , for some this means more.

So even though you have a 50 trim and I HAD an fp3052 , plz dont make assumptions so blatenly out their , about certain turbos are for ppl who cant stoumach going balls out on their cars , because i know Im not the only one whos "downgraded" their turbo to better realize their goals.

Ie when I say go with the evo 3 big 16g Im pretty shure I know where im coming from.
But by all means you can think whatever you want. P.s this is a stupid comparison in the first place .

I don't think you read the whole thread or everything I said because I said I agree, a 16g sounds pretty good for him. Most dsmtuners daily drive their cars, they just want a little more umph. Im not saying you cant go all out with a 16g, what im saying is 16g's can be used all the way from the person with the stock car witha blown t25 who will keep their car stock w/ just a 16g, to the person who has a tube car 2.4 stroker. So I can honestly recommend him the 16g. Ok i am done with this thread :\

Hey bro dont think im attaking you , I did read the entire thread, and yes you did in the end state that the 16g would be a better pick for his goals, wich I commend you for doing, most ppl tend to always be biest towards their specific setup.

I just stated that everything is a learning proccess , I learned the hard way that bigger isnt always better ,and I lost alot of time and money because of it. Im not hounding you out , im just making a point. Whether I quoted you or not it just so happend that it was relavent to my own expeience.

I personally think that the advice you gave was admirable , like most if not all the post by every member , so I hope you understand .

In the end all we can offer each other is advice , james 13 will have the final say as to what he wants to do , all we can really do is suggest ways and products that will help him reach his goal .

thanks for all the help guys

i still have a little time to decide between the 50trim and the 16g.
Looking like a 16g though.

I thank everyone for the time they put into my thread
