Has anyone ever rebuilt their AWD driveshaft? I'm not just referring to just replacing the U-Joints, but also repacking the Lobro joint AND replacing the carrier bearings? I have looked at all the "How To's", and cannot find anything beyond the u-joints.

I will be rebuilding mine starting this week. I will take picks and write the steps as I replace the carrier bearings and completely dismantle the driveshaft. I can post it for a "How to" if anyone is interested. It is a $500+ job to have someone do it for you, or you can do it for less than $200.00 in parts and some elbow/bearing grease.

I remember that site, but I was only looking here for the instructions and noted they didn't exist.
