Rear Seats

This might be better in a different forum, but how hard is it to take out the back seats in a 99 Spyder? I think the seats may be a bit different than in a hardtop, not sure. Any help would be great, I'm just thinking about this, not sure if I'll actually do it, but the backseats in my car are pretty much useless, no one's ever going to sit back there.

Well, my picture books don't show a difference for the Spyder, looks like the 2 little levers on the front (pull forward on the loop, lift up on the cushion- the lever stays on the body) and then a couple of bolts. You need one of those hard rear covers.... if you hit the lotto....

back seats are pretty much the same for all cars believe it or not....it was the same for my 67 mustang as it is for my eclipse....except the eclipse has little levers I think holding the bottom part down....anyway, basically the seats for all cars is....the bottom part pops out, the upper part is bolted dowm(though in the 67 it popped out too)with minor differences(was also the same for an 89 mustang I took the seats out of one time) but your right, this post shouldnt be in this forum, but we are easy going people so we'll forgive you, he he
