"Radiator" warning light?

Hi,
What does the yellow "radiator" light mean exactly? What triggers it?
I just changed a head gasket in a 1992 Eclipse 1.8 and shortly after driving it, it came on. I did add some coolant before and after start up, so I don't think the coolant level is low. Any ideas?

I forgot to add that when I drive around, water temperature is normal, oil pressure is normal, all belts are in place and the water pump is turning.

That light means, low coolant level. Check to make sure there is coolant in the lines, and that your reservoir is full.

My light has been on for quite a few months now. Came on after my radiator cracked and replaced it. Everything is full, but the light appears with no issues. Any ideas or suggestions?

Pull out the resvoir bottle and clean the inside with alcohol. It gets a seditment buildup after years of use that can trick the sensor. Make sure you let it dry very well, then you should be set.

Make sure that your electrical connectors for the reseirvor bottle is not corroded. If the light stays on, disconnect the negative part off of the battery for 30 min. and that should recet the ecu. If it comes on again then Maybe one of the connectors are bad.

I'll have to check the connections. I've had the car disconnected from the battery for a few days while I was working on some things, and it was still there when I got it back and running. Thnx for the suggestions.

I had that problem too, but it went away when i swished the inside with alcahol. Good luck!
