ok so i have a 93 tsi with a 6bolt swap oil cooler exhaust many o2housing catback vacuum delete blocked egr mbc k&n airfilter and i would like to keep my 14b but make it so i can run a low 12 second car is this possible without lots of work? what am i going to need?

Get on the tech guide that is basically what you should do.

Without a lot of weight reduction I don't see that happening unless your engines in good shape.
