Question On S-AFC

hey guys,

Been trying to figure this whole tuning thing out. I am noticing on my S-AFC that my % correction is pretty high. Just cruising at about 70 its at almost -6.9%. and was wondering if this is normal or i am running way to rich?? and my % correction does not get below -3% at any throttle position.

so if you guys can help me out with some tips would be well appreciated.

Get a logger, read the MANY threads on tuning an AFC as well as the FAQ, then ask a question that isn't so vague.

The % correction just displays what the current airflow correction being used by the SAFC is. This is totally based on your current engine speed and throttle position, and YOUR SETTINGS for throttle points, NE points, and corrections.

So, the SAFC is just telling you what you programmed it to do.

You shouldn't use something if you don't know how it works. Read the SAFC instructions that came with your unit, or read them online here:
