i saw these front mounts for 1300 for the Frontmount, piping, and BOV, they look just like the Indy Race Core ones but are they the same..how is the quality??? if anyone has any information on them thanks

I actually don't like the kit personally. I've got the VPE Super Street, and that or the IRC kit is MUCH nicer IMO. Sure the ProStreet comes with the bov and polished s.s. pipes, BUT look at the quality of the endtanks? Look at how many bends in the UICP? Looks kinda substandard for a $1200+ upgrade. If you're all about the spearco core, spend ~200 more and get the IRC kit.

here. check out this thread:

I have a psi street fmic kit with my ported fp green. It's actually of very good quality and works really damn well. I'm currently running an untuned 21 psi on pump gas. In our shitty california hot summer afternoons my intake temps go in the 120 range (logged on dsmlink).

After a 1st through 4th gear run....my logs show only a bit of knock (6 counts) on the top of 4th gear. At night time I see zero knock. This is a HUGE improvement over the inadequate big greddy set up i had.

I should have pix of the kit in my photos section of this site if you want to see how it looks when it's on.

or look at the prostreet customer cars section under "Jon Y"

Bottom line....good kit that works well. Get one. :D

Our kit is designed to work with anyones car, not just the people who put holes in their frames. thus why our piping is a tad longer. We prefer to have the kit fit right and have anyone be able to use it ( i.e. the people who do have power steering, cruise control, and like their front radiator supports the way they come from the factory.

quality of :
endtanks?

Sorry, I take the remark about the endtank construction back. The pictures on the site dont do it justice, that link is MUCH better. BTW, IRC or VPE kits dont force you to "make holes" or anything of that sort. The only thing you cannot re-use are the 97+ foglights. My car has p/s a/c , etc..nothing removed and it bolts on fine. Anyways this is just MY opinion for those who care to read it.
