I have just installed complete intercooler piping, intake, and a greddy type s bov. tHE piping and the intake are all dejon tool. I think i screwed up. Everytime the turbo spools it whistles and the bov flutters. I'm a knoob with mods and i did this over night, all night. I connected both of the nipples of the bov to the intake, is this the problem? Also, do i need to do something to the bov before bolting it on, cause i just bolted it on. I'm such an idiot. Thanks for the help.

remove the lower nipple and tighten the type s bov. The turbo whistle is louder cause of the intakes sucking in air is easier so its okay. Just get rid of the flutter by tightening the screw on the top and leave the lower nipple unconnected.

All the screw does is move up and down, it doesn't seem to do anything
i can tighten it by hand... is this normal?

Well i got the bov sounding good, what am i supposed to connect the lower nipple of the bov to? The whistle is still there tho. I also should mention that in my modding I accidently wrecked my BISS screw (thing totally came apart) could that be a reason for the whistle (again the whistle only happens when turbo spools)

how the hell did you get to the BISS from installing a intercooler pipe and bov? well the sound is definitly comming from the broken BISS, you should definitly get it fixed soon. are you having idle problems?

Y I was having idling problems before so while I was in there I noticed the BISS screw looked loose. I tried to tighten it and the thing like crumbled.
