power gain from wastegate o2 housing dump?

I'm considering a new o2 housing with the wastegate dump, but i'm not sure if it's worth it..what kind of power gain should i expect.. any input?

I just put one on my car. I didn't notice any power gain but there is solid boost. After having it on my car for 3 months now all I can say is that it feels like my car is making a lot of noise and not going anywhere. The 02 dump is so loud, you wont want to drive fast anymore. It gets really old having to listen to it all the time.

there is no power gain with a dumped 02 housing. all you really get is loud.

so do you regret the purchase?

with a dumped 02 housing it helps with boost creep. you wont have to worry about trying to cram too much exhaust through the housing. but then again you could have the dump routed back into the DP and the car will be street-legal again.

personally i'd stick with a ported 02 housing. if you run an external gate, get it routed back to the DP.
