Here is one amazing VW that was made in the early 80's. Unfortunately it was only availible in Europe

It is called the Bimotor Scirocco
It had twin 1.8L 16 Valve engines. What was really amazing is that they ran sequentailly(sp?)
Sub 5 sec. 0-60 times and all this was availible in 1983

they are do-luck double-six's with some kinda weird wheel covers they make for em. No idea why, but i remember seeing them on the do-luck site.

WOW, I am a big VW fan also, and IU always wondered what started the twin engine VW fad.

It also looks kind of like oettinger 16v heads on those engines. but I'm not for certain on that.
