They set them on the sides of the road, under the road, on the back side of guard rails, up under overpasses, inside dead animals, or a VBIED which is a suicide bomber in a car. You have all that crap to worry thank the lord armor. They also tie wires across the road to try and take your head off while your in the gunner postion.

My official title is "Domestic Sales Associate & Sport Compact Specialist".
I work for a large performance warehouse that directly competes with other company's wholesale divisions like Summit Racing, Jegs, Motovicity, etc... Most of my customers build GM, Ford, and Mopar V8's for drag racing, circle track racing, and hot rodding. Unfortunately, I don't get too many of "my own kind" calling and looking for parts.
My day consists of playing on Tuners and NABR all day in my office, and answering the phone when a racer, engine builder, or retailer calls looking for parts. I get to learn about the latest and greatest in the automotive performance industry and I also get to talk to some interesting and smart car-people. There's also perks such as going to SEMA, PRI, and building friendships/hook-ups with manufacturers. It truly is a rewarding job for a car nut.
Hi all, I work as a system engineer in IBM Argentina and also I'm the editor of a modified car magazine. Weird combination, isn't it?
