porsche rims

i have a 1991 talon tsi awd and i want to know if a set of porsche 2001 911 996 carrera rims will fit properly. i have never heard of anyone doing this, i definitly want that style rim on my car, and if the 911 rims wont fit, i want to know if someone could refer me to rims that look really close that are somewhat light, and performance oriented, ive been looking at rims for several days now. and have been un able to find the information im looking for, hopefully you dsm gurus can help me out. thanks.

No, they won't fit. DSMs aren't VWs' that can use those fancy German hardware. It's the wrong bolt pattern & offset.

There are plenty of lightweight rims available - but if you're looking for specifically Porsche style, you'll have to do some digging to find something that'll match that idea.

thanks alot. i like the swirl rims that have the reverse spinning look when you accelerate and are going a certain speed.

i guess ill have to settle for something thats along the lines of those rims, i kind of like these.

and i hate VW's.
