I am about to go to advanced auto parts and get some ngk plugs and get cap&rotor and some wires. Will bosch wires be ok? Should I just get OEM from Satan? I hear a lot about Magnacore and Accel.....MSD?

which is the best bang for the buck i guess. is it worth to upgrade now or just get OEM ones? I know on my mr2, a lot of peeps stayed oem until 300+ hp. So, I'm guessing the same for dsms.....

also, what number for the ngk plugs do i want?

thx

I just bought new plugs and wires from www.roadraceengineering.com
those gusy are great. i went with bpr6es plugs and NGK wires. I had the same setup in my lude(not the exact same plugs, but NGK either way) and i loved it!:thumb:
I am an avid NGK fan though. But you cant go wrong, and RRE has the best prices for them, and they are a very good stand up shop. call them at: 562-777-1522
I just ordered mine like 5 minutes ago!

Turbo DSMs use electronically controlled ignition coilpacks.

just ordered them myself. turns out, ngk is actually the supplier for the OEM wires came on the dsms. at least thats what the guy on the phone said, and i belive him. also the kyb shocks are oem. pwncaeks

so.......is there nothing else for me to get just to tune my car up? i just bought the plugs and wires, what else then? on my 2 i got cap and rotor for it.....

Air filter, PCV valve, oil change might be a good idea. If you really want to get into it, clean your intercooler (wash acetone through it until it comes out clear), clean your throttle body with some t/b cleaner.

k, did filter, fram bah hah, about 5 days ago. same with oil. pcv has about 6k mikes on it. maybe a lil more. tb, yeah good idea. although, i just received a phone call from someone around here who wants to buy my car. thinking about a fox body now ;D

 :shhh: :D OMG

AWD/Turbo DSMs are more fun than Mustangs.

Trust me on this one..... EVERY SINGLE TIME I launch my 96, I cringe when the wheels spin.... and it's SLOW!
