Please help Identify these TURBOS

The owner has no idea what they are, and neither do i.

On the compressor housing it has:

79-04000

near the (outlet port) it has
Mitsubishi
15253

One more of the exhaust side. Note that although it appears the wastegate has been welded shut, i can still feel from the outlet (exhaust) into the inlet (exhaust) through the operational flapper, so i beleive the internal wastegate to be operative just not using that hole as an outlet (exhaust is let out directly into the collector).
