Ill be at DSM shootout in Ohio. Its the same weekend this year so I cant be in two places at once!

JohnnyTSi got into the field with his 1G. Last I talked to him he had his new HTA3586 and hadn't started putting the car back together yet.

There are 3 big events going on that weekend. The Pinks All Out in Seattle, the Buschur Shootout in Ohio and the TurboTrix Showdown at E-Town in New Jersey. F*ck the Buschur DSM Shootout, I'll be in New Jersey at E-Town with the English Racing crew.

As long as shep shows his face at DSM shootout I think I'm going to go.
I want to meet, and see his car run if its ready for this season. Thats my main goal.

Other than that, Its just a DSM shootout. Should be fun.

Where: Old Bridge Township Raceway Park, Englishtown New Jersey

Qualifying/Eliminations on Sunday ONLY

Early registration ends as of July 15th 2009

Entry Fee if registered early is $500 with a $200 deposit by July 15th. If registering at the gate the entry fee is $700. Tech card is on top of that.

Q16 cars will get 2 qualifiers. We will use a pro-tree, with courtesy staging.

Rules
-Open to RWD, FWD, AWD Mitsubishi's and Subaru's
-Max turbo size is 76mm Turbo
-Minimum weight is 2100lbs for FWD, 2300lbs for AWD
-NO tube frame cars
-300lb weight penalty for NOS
-Must have ALL safety equipment
-Must have Catch pan
-Must have 9 second license
-Must have legal cage
-Methanol OK

First place win will recieve 1000 dollars extra from Magnus Motorsports. (in the event Magnus wins, it will be passed down to 2nd place)

All Payouts are based on AT LEAST 16 cars The payouts are subject to change as we draw closer to the race date, and more sponsors come on board. Watch this space as the payouts will be changing on a regular basis

We would like to point out that any/all proceeds/prizes for this event will be paid entirely to the racers

All Q16 Racers will be parked together in designated Pro Parking area, Racers will have time between rounds to work on your vehicle, (no hotlapping)

Also, if you feel that you want to race but don't have quite enough to race in this class, E - Town will be hosting a "street 16 heads up race" as a supporting class to this main event. Payouts will be handled by the track. There will also be bracket races available, they will be anounced with the full schedule shortly
