Spidey I would also like to know if you rub or have any problems. Also what size tires are they. I am looking at getting the sportlines and the Adjustable Illuminas with 225/40/18. I really don't want to roll the fender. Also how is the ride compaired to stock.

I dont have my car dropped yet, but my friend Brian (lowridin2g) had his old GS on sportlines with 18" Giovanna Naganos, he said he would rub if there was someone in the back, he just dropped his new X on a pro-kit with Tokico blues, looks nice dosent rub:thumb: but it's all what ya want, the sportlines just give off a much more aggressive look IMO, but make sure you get that camber kit! good luck

Hey guys, sorry I took awhile. No rubbing, no fender rolling, no problems at all. Definately recommend the Illumina/Sportline combo as I've gotten nothing but compliments on the ride, however, you still need to be cautious about potholes and sh!t.

spidey....sorry if this is a bit off topic, but i couldn't email u.....who is the manufacturer of your side skirts....also rear end.....thanks

thanks spidey. i like ur set up as well. im gonna go with the sportlines. how long do you think i could have the sportlines on my stock struts with out having a problem ? i will also get a camber kit.

sorry to steal the post, but I have the same question but for a 1g. I was thinking about ground controls because you can change the height as much as you change your mind, which seems pretty cool. But then someone told me they were crap and recommended some cheap ass ones off ebay. Does anyone else with a 1g and 18 have springs or coilovers they recomend. The main reason I want coilovers is so I can drop the rear about an inch and the front about 1.5 inches. Because my car kinda squats from the heavy sub box I think. I'll probably go with the cheap ones, because they're only like $79. But you get what you pay for.
