pics of 97+ eclipses w/ the front bumper mouth cut out

just looking for sum pics of 97+ eclipses w/ the top plastic piece in the mouth cut out. was hoping for some ppl who have done it w/out a fmic, i was gonan do it but i've never seen any pics w/out the fmic.

Why would you want to hack up your perfectly fine bumper? Even when people get fmic's they dont hack it up in the front. The cut the back of it so that the bumper doesnt rub on the fmic.

People do it for more airflow with FMICs, when done right it looks perfectly fine. That piece sticks out anyway, just looks stupid.

im not sure if optimus peterson posts here or not, but his bumper has the mouth uot along with some other bumper mods, ill look for it now

I dont understand. Was this a 95-96 with a 97-99 center part chopped out and molded into the bumper? or is it just painted? Sorry if thats a dumb Q but wouldn't that be more custom work than it's worth?

yes you have to trim the bumper itself, its very easy. I actually just tore the headlights out so it broke that bottom tab off, i couldn't get it off any other way
