phantom knock i guess? help

hey did a realy long log yesterday trying to get my trims and i had to speed up at times to merge and avoid idiots sudden braking and im using the tephra 5.10 on my evo 8 ecu and the check engine light started going nuts (it flashes when i have knock). but anyway i went home looked at the log and not im terrified to go wot because of the knock. my timing in the log doesn't follow my ignition map. so i was just looking 2 the timing advance and it didnt even change it much where there was high knock... like if you have 11* of knock where your suppose to have lets say a 22* time adv. it will pull the timing advance to 11* right? but here is the files and the pic of my stock evo8 ignition map.

o use excel to oped the log (which i chopped up because its do long)
