I have researched dsm talk dsmtuners, dsm registry. Can't seem to find what I am looking for. I purchased a Maf translator for the a 2g. But the previous owner hooked up a 1g plug. So now I'm trying to find what wires go to what. I have done a TON of researching. this is what i have in my manual.

The Maft instructions
Wires to MAF sensor:
Pink - +12 volts
Yellow - MAF frequency signal
Black – ground (0 volts)

Wires to Vehicle:
Pink - +12
Green – Translator frequency signal
Black – Ground (0 volts)
Brown – ATS (Air temperature signal, fixed at 80 degrees)
Gray – BARO (Barometric pressure signal, fixed at 3.9 volts)
White – RPM signal, connected to CAS sensor.

according to dsm talk vaq

Wire use according to the ECU wiring diagrams, 2G
1 - 5V power supply for sensors 5 - Ground for sensors
2 - Barometric pressure sensor 6 - Intake air temp sensor
3 - Air flow sensor 7 - Volume air flow sensor reset signal
4 - MPI control relay 8 - None

just need to know what wires go to what because this is some one confusing.

it says 5 volts for sensors. On my instruction manual it says pink wire 12 volts. So I assume that it cant go there to the 5 volt location. And ground is ground.

Some one should really make 2g turbo car's for dummies book I would buy a dozen

Sorry for making another reply But trying to explain everything. A fellow dsm'er gave me the link to a 1g to 2g plug. But I want to connect this to my stock or hack into my stock maf plug. A female connection won't work.
