This is my new dsm build its my 6th dsm ive owned a few, my first start was in colllege in 94 detailing at the local mitsubishi dealership. i found this one in detroit michigan, close to home from a fellow dsmer who has few. It was cheap and solid, just needs little tlc, will be my restore project for the future, a clean car, reliable, with a punch when she is all done.

Ok the time has come to do some updates, first the turbo. The holset h1e converted to 60mm, turbo from Justin in a .55 bep housing. Ive worked with him for about 14 years now with turbos, and has great service, and meeting him in person a great guy.

Nice! I did the 7-blade hx35 in bep on my 2g and the thing rips compared to the 16g that was on it previously. I think you will be pleased comparing the power to mhi varients.

I'm running the 8 blade, Justin said ill love it, so I'm excited to see and hear this thing spool around town, ive got lots of mods to make this a little street terror that's my goal besides being reliable this go around that's more important keeping it together, ive seen it all love hate , more love still in after 2 decades.

Well update I got the car hour from my house, its in pretty good shape some rust and dents but its
a good start. Gonna start with wire wheel to remove some rust, then por 15 in some areas, and keep rust from getting worse, fenders to get hood to prime and paint, and doors to fix, or use my spares. Basically I'm doing a swap from one shell to the other, I had a 1ga but it was too far gone so most of this journal will be, the process from this point on . Ill be adding parts body work and paint, till I get the turbo set up redone, and engine rebuild from stock to forged down the road.

ok ive been busy with the car, I pulled the rear end out and sand blasted it and primed it, then I went to meet paul volk to pick up the https://volkmetalcraft.com/product/1g-active-toe-eliminator-ate-kit/ from him close to me, real nice piece its a the welder now pics soon, later ill get the upper and lower control arms. https://ostarmotorsports.com/Store/Product/Ostar-Mitsubishi-DSM-1G-Rear-Subframe-Bushing-Kit, then I ordered a set of these to install In the car. Pics comining soon but this is a big part of the suspension, I plan on getting coil overs to run next year, but this car is far the best one ive owned and going to be a rocket on rails before next years shootout, stay tuned.

Well the car starts now, just doing a few small things , ill get some volkraft upper control arms later, but ive co me a long way winter projects coming up or parts to get, look out spring.

Ok I brought her home in april of 2018 been busy since then , no particual order of build. so far started forged engine, picked up msic parts, gonna start off next year with the shootout 2020 build.

Updates of project. She's coming along nicely new forged Engine being built. Hope to have a Morrison t3 manifold next year and goodies for 2020 shootout.

Just t got back from the shootout Dsm update is here I got the brake kit from a good friend, been doing body work, wiring small stuff. Getting the winter build list ready to go, here are few pics, got the rare black lights and corners dirt cheap a hour away on a part out. Spoke to matt and Samantha about my manifold t3 coming soon. A few pics of the build finally starts up, but working on miscellaneous stuff.

Ok ive been busy but I recently purchased some fic 2150s for my use of e 85 and ill never had run out of fuel. I also picked up a flex fuelsetup, from ecmlink harness. Working on my wire tuck. Decided to use alexflex from amazon I like this stuff, so its a work in progress but I like the setup, gonna log fuel pressure as well.

Finally got some cams from nick smith, here great guy, kelfords 272s to replace my hks, I do have the fidanza cam gears ill be using too. Im not sure if ill install these anytime soon sill have a engine that runs, ill upgrade valve train later so this maybe for 2021. Really excited to hear these things roar.

Well picked up some 3000gt vr4 brakes , sand blasted, prep to paint. Also sand blasted my tb, then glass beaded it. Trying to get it looking good. Jmf race coil pack bracket too.
