Can someone Check the resistance between pin 6 and Pin 4 on power Transistor (MD189747)

As expected there is no power on Immobilizers pin 1 and pin 9. Since pin 1 and pin 9 get their power from pin 12/25 of the ecu

so your getting voltage to pin 80 of the ecu
your getting voltage to pin 82 with the IG switch in the ON position
the MPi relay is working if you short pin 38 to ground
it just the ECU isn't grounding pin 38

so i would think it would be an issue with the immobilizer but i don't know how that works exacly.
Or more like i don't know what happens if the correct code isn't received.

Also the pins it shows for the immobilizer ecu in section 54 of the FSM don't match up to what it shows on the electrical diagram. Im really not sure what to try next.
