This isn't new, offroad guys have been doing this for a long time. You can use BB gun BBs or airsoft pellets too.

Yup, this has been done in semis and dump trucks for years in the steer tires.

I had them on my old wheels. Its just a plastic bag that you put in the tire then air it up and your good to go.
