I'm looking at getting a new short block, as mine is now trashed....long story. Anyway, I was looking at this one: http://www.karking.com/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=11&products_id=197

My question is, since this is the block from a Spyder (at least that is what the guy at KarKing told me) will is bolt into my car with my 2g head? If not, any other ideas where I can get a short block for fairly cheap. Thanks for any help.

You would be building what we call a "hybrid" engine. Which means you need new pistons, or your gonna have a compression ratio of like 6.8:1 or some such (don't remember the exact rate, but it wasn't good). There are other things you have to do to - search for 4G64 and Hybrid and you'll find a bunch of info.
My advice would be to find a 4G63 block.
