Anyway, new owner to a "well loved" TSi. Just got it last night and am excited to jump into this project.

Yup. Picked it up from a poor guy that had trouble paying rent. She'll make a marvelous track car for me

Previous owner installed an ACT clutch so that's obviously in there already.
So far what I'd like to do it:

small 16G (with the resulting A/F mods)
F/R sways
Koni yellows
ground control coilover springs
Hawk HPS pads (assuming they make em for this)
and something to get rid of that horrendously long shifter throw

...in no particular order.
