new eclipse intercooler pipe

Alright so I'm planing on trading my stock gst for a modded gst. The problem is that everytime you turn the boost more the 7 psi a intercooler pipe will pop out why could that be? It has a tdo5h ball bearing. Turbo. Hks intercooler with hks. Bov. Apexi n1 fullout exhaust and hallman pro boost controller.

First off that turbo isn't ball bearing if it is a tdo5. Second if the pipe is blowing off it is because the pipe isn't beaded on the end and the couple is sliding off.

Do you recomen new intercooler piping with couplers?

maybe replace the couplers and the piping possible the couplers could be too tight, do a boost leak test when your all done, and use the proper size clamps for your setup and quaility couplers.

No, just have the end of the pipe either bead rolled or just weld a bead around the end of it.

i had the same issue. had to replace the couplers
