New Dsm car

Hi,
I just resently got a 91 AWD Eagle Talon and I have a question about it. First the water temp gauge isnt working.
And I think the fans are not turning on too.
Can anyone help this dsmer out I'd aperate it!

first of all dont drive it if the fans dont work. turn the car on and push the a/c button all the way down. the a/c cooling fan should turn on. im not sure how that helps but it will tell you if it works.

Snag a manual for the car if you plan to work on it, that'll give you some steps for testing the fans. Could be a single fault is causing both problems.

probly your electrical connections are just coroded, check them and if they are file them off and then try it,had the same prob with a golf once.

After looking at the car the more the fans do work when I turn the ac on,
But I still have an issue with the water temp. reading on the cluster gauge. It still dosn't display any reading.

On question is the water temp gauge, (I know that there is 2 of them one for ECU and one for the gauge cluster) is where are sensors?

huh? that last bit made no since to me but if your asking where the temp gauge is located it's in the bottom passengerside of the radiator..

btw it takes ALONG time before it gets warm enough for the fans to come on if it's just ideling and then they only stay on for a moment..

Your coolant temp sensor is underneath your thermostat housing. It gives the ecu the reading for the temp guage. Check the resistance of it and compare it to the values in your manual, that will tell you if it is good or not.
