Is this true for all countries? I am a member on an italian DSM forum and they're getting killed with prices on anything OEM or performance over there, they sure would be glad to hear this. I am aware that some vendors don't ship to Italy due to the crappy postal service (they even lost my VISA once, and I don't mean the credit card) so that's why I am asking...

Hey service guy I have been ordering through extremepsi for the past 4 years while I have lived in italy. I actually just ordered a timing belt last week. It made it in 8 days the most I have ever waited was 11 but you know that is because of the customs. I love there pricing and shipping rates are very fair. I have bought 95% of my parts from them without issue and there customer service is superb. I'm just posting my opinion but I will stay a loyal customer as I am a international one as well.

Hi serviceguy, Yes the new discounted rates are in effect for Italy as well. We know that the high cost of shipping has been an ongoing issue for our overseas customers and after many years of negotiating we are finally able offer better prices. UPS's service and enhanced tracking has proved to be much more dependable than the postal service in these cases so you will be a lot less likely to have any missing packages :)[DOUBLEPOST=1414101334][/DOUBLEPOST]
Thanks for your support Team Fury. We really appreciate your business...Glad that you are happy with everything and hope that you will benefit from the better rates!!

Just as a side note, although it's great you're offering this discount, I know for Canada at least that brokerage and duty charges from UPS are insanely high with high priced items. So it comes out the same if not higher than what USPS charges in most cases. Unless this service is via UPS non-ground in which case I believe their brokerage/duty is capped.

Theres a trick around that Gui. I promise you its easy.

For international shipments that UPS wants to overcharge the brokerage, ask them for the packing slip and say you will self clear. Then take said packing slip to your nearest customs office (easiest is usually at an airport) and tell them you are self clearing a package. They will fill it out for you, pay the tax on the value of the goods, and fax the reciept and the B15 form, then ask UPS to redeliver the following day. They might still try to charge you, but show the driver the proof of self clearance, and enjoy the extremepsi goodness with no UPS brokerage fees.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. We have just posted a complete list of fees by country obtained from the Global Express Association on our website. You can see the list here: http://www.extremepsi.com/store/files/broker_fees.pdf

4Lurker4 We do know that Canada does charge some of the highest fees. Unfortunately these types of charges are out of our hands however we will always work with you to get you the lowest possible prices. If you have any special requests or would like help with international shipping please contact us by phone prior to placing your order.[DOUBLEPOST=1414163179][/DOUBLEPOST]
Hi Bobby, As you requested I did a side-by-side comparison with our site and UPS to give you an idea of the savings. To ship a 14lb 2G DSM OEM Mitubishi Alternator to Cambridge, United Kingdom CB1 2JW it costs $99.92 via Expedited Service. The exact same package on UPS's website would normally cost $232.65 to send.

UPS Expedited is the cheapest and it will arrive within 3-7 days. If you make an account on our website and add the part to your "shopping cart" it will show you a more accurate price based on your exact location.

It's good to see more support for the International DSM fans! I have a question, though. Does the site ExtremePSI take into account the EDM 2G Eclipse? Say I want to order a few parts (like gaskets, belts, maybe a few bolts and thrust bearings), would they also fit on the N/A 7 bolt 4G63?

Hi Kryndon, It's tough to say which parts would be compatible with your car. I am not too familiar with the European Model but if you email your info to niu@extremepsi.com he should be able to help you find what your looking for.

This is good news. I remember 10 years ago I paid only $60 UPS shipping to Aruba for a decent sized box from ExtremePsi. Now the regular UPS prices are 3 times higher at other vendors.

Shipping to Australia still seems to be pretty expensive.
$97.40 to ship a Walbro E85 pump. Doesn't seem like the shipping price has changed much down here if at all?

Hi brisvr4, Sorry about that. You can try re-adding the install kit to your shopping cart to get a new shipping price. It looks like the weight was incorrect for this particular item. We have corrected it and you should see a much better price now :)

    Thanks,
    Angelo

I love buying from you guys but shipping still seems little overpriced just for little parts shipped via USPS priority to Alaska. Did those pricing go down?

Hi Alex, Unfortunately not. The new lower rates only apply to those specific UPS services. I'm very sorry but as of right now we still cannot get any better rates from USPS :(

    Regards,
    Angelo

Sorry for the delayed response. We have been extremely busy with the holiday. Unfortunately our Black Friday weekend promotion is over now and we did not do a Cyber Monday this year but we regularly strive to offer very low prices on all of our products. If there is something in particular that you are looking for we can also price match our competitors. Please feel free to give us a call or send me a pm if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Angelo M.

Hi dfootedsm, We carry the OEM replacement for your car here: http://www.extremepsi.com/store/product.php?productid=18458 but if you are looking for a performance belt I would recommend the one by Gates Racing here: http://www.extremepsi.com/store/product.php?productid=20599 This one is a bit pricier but it is on sale right now for close to 50% off retail.
