Need New Electric Tap for Boost Guage!!

I took off the carpet to tap the boost guage Electical , connection and The clip had all the wires cut from it!!!!!! So i need a new tap for the power and Ground for the boost guage! And also what did thoes wires and clip control?

If you want u can just use any ground and for the power tap wire it into the wire that goes to your cigarette lighter fuse. that way when u turn on your car the gauge lights up. or wire it into the gauge light fuse so when u turn on your running lights and gauges the boost gauge lights up. thats what i did. good luck
