Need motorr taken out for engine build

The description pretty much says it all. I live in Owings Mills Md and i am ttryingto get my motor taken out to get the engine built. I had plans to run next wkend at MIR but it seems now i wont even be able to drive, let alone race. I will pay cash on the spot too, just don't want to get raped. If i cant race this year, I'd like to atleast drive next year...missing out on too much stuff.
