Ever since I bought the car, I can never solve the problem of the cluster..
Everything works Except the Temp gauge and the Fuel gauge. The Temp gauge reads to hot in about 3 mins after the car is start. the fuel gauge goes right to full automatically.
My car is a 1990 Eagle Talon TSI AWD Turbo.
Heres what I have done....
-replace the temp sensor( bought a new one ) the wire from the sensor was good..
-check the fuel pump..it was good.
-bought another 1990 Eagle Talon turbo ecu, swap it but no luck
-bought another 1990 Eagle Talon turbo gauge, also swap it, no luck
-replace the individual temp and fuel gauge, fail...
any more ideas to get the cluster working properly?
any help would be greatly appreciated!
